Agencies & suppliers
Cochlear is an innovative and ethical global company operating in a highly regulated industry. Cochlear has developed a strong reputation for designing and manufacturing medical devices of very high quality and reliability. For these reasons Cochlear has strong internal quality processes. This means that we have clear and consistent guidelines for working with agencies. All agencies that work successfully with Cochlear acknowledge, understand and respect these guidelines.
Cochlear operates a Preferred Supplier List (PSL) for recruitment agencies. This is reviewed periodically or when we have a requirement for new suppliers. If you would like to register your interest in being a recruitment partner with Cochlear for permanent or temporary staff, then please contact the Talent Acquisition Manager at our global headquarters. You should include a short summary of your company, capability and contacts.
Guidelines for Agencies
Cochlear does not accept telephone calls, emails, or CV/Resumes from non PSL agencies.
Please do not contact our line managers. They have busy and demanding jobs. All contact must come through Human Resources. Only Human Resources is approved to select agencies.
Please do not enter candidate details into our system, forward them to Cochlear employees or any other company location.
Non compliance will result in your company being removed from our approved list or becoming ineligible to register as a PSL supplier in the future.
